It appears full-bodied and creamy, but without losing lightness and fineness. Lemonade suggestions give it a lot of freshness and prolong the finish.

Manual selection of grapes on a sorting mat, at the entrance to the winery. Gentle pneumatic pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks at 15ºC.
